Mrs. Belle Albitz, wife of Professor H.C. Albitz, died at her home, 162 Park avenue, last night.
The body will be send to Athens today at noon, where the interment will occur.
Besides her husband, two children survive Mrs. Albitz - Master Neb and Miss Daisy van der Leith.

John J. Albietz died from complication of diseases at the West Penn hospital in Pittsburgh, Friday, Feb 15th.
Mr. Albietz was in his 55th year and was well known in his vicinity. He served his country in the late war and was a member of Colonel Rippey post No. 41, Grand Army of the Republic, and also captain for a number of years of the noted military organization known as the Duqnesne Greys, which at one time was the proud of Pittsburgh.
He was a son-in-law of Mr. Christ Hauser, No. 1211 Seventeenth Street. A number of relatives residing in this city departed on western express Sunday morning to attend the funeral, which took place yesterday afternoon.

Miss Julia Albietz, aged 25, a school teacher in Pope school, was dicovered on the floor of the bath room at her home dead.
She had shoot herself while laboring under a fit of despondency, owing to ill health. Evidences of the deliberation with which the deed was committed were present in the form of a looking-glass which she held in her hand to be sure of her mark and the scrupulous neatness of her attire.
Miss Julia Albietz, a teacher in Pope's school, while despondent this morning, took a pistol and blew off the top of her head.
At noon a telephone message from East St. Louis states that a murder and suicide occurred there this morning. No particulars yet.

The infant son of Mr. and Mrs. [Charles B.] Albietz died at 12:30 yesterday at the home of its parents, 1956 East William Street. It was but a year and four months old, and had been ill but four days. The funeral will be held Thursday from the residence.
