John S. Rauch, Seisholtzville, Macungie R. 1, an employe in the assembly plant of the Mack Manufacturing Co., died yesterday at Allentown hospital. He was in his 64th year. Mr. Rauch had been in apparent good health until a week ago. He was admitted to the hospital four days prior to his death. Born in Harlem, Berks county, he was a son of the late John and Emmalinda, nee Lesser, Rauch. He was a member of Huffs Union church, Reformed congregation. Surviving are his wife, Stella A., nee Albitz, Rauch; three sons, John H., Palm; Clarence E. and Stanley P., at home; one daughter, Edna M., wife of Norman Millhouse, Macungie R.D.; one sister, Katie, wife of James Dotterer, Pennsburg, and a brother, Pierre, Emmaus, as well as four grandchildren. Short services will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. at the Hoffman funeral home, 221 Main St., East Greenville, followed by continued services in Huffs Union church at 2 p.m., Rev. Royce Schaeffer officiating. Interment in Union cemetery, Huffs church. Calling hours at the Hoffman funeral home, will be Friday from 7 to 9 p.m.
